Returns Policy

Your happiness matters to us. Because our cookies are freshly baked to order, every batch leaves our kitchen at its best — so the rules below are built around food safety and the made-to-order nature of what we do.

Incorrect orders

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery. Send us your order number, a clear photo of the cookies you received, and an unedited unboxing video that shows the package being opened — with no editing, cropping, or retouching of the footage. Once we've confirmed the mistake, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — no fuss.

Cancellations & changes

The moment you place an order, we start baking it fresh — so orders can't be changed or cancelled once checkout is complete. Please double-check your order before you pay.

Refunds

Because every cookie is baked fresh to order the moment your purchase is confirmed, all sales are final and we're unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. The only exception is an incorrect order, covered above.
